I'm an online shopper for the first time, is it safe out there?
I might have to revoke your Geek badge. It's safe. We have bunches of super nerdy encryption thingmos in place so that your payment is secure and your details remain 'secret squirrel'. For the techno geeks out there – we use 128-bit SSL.
How long till I get my stuff?!?
It's coming, it's coming, it's coming! We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays. Your patience is appreciated.
Most orders will ship out within the next 3 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, geekthreat.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
Duties: Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees.
Confirmation: As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email confirmation. Make sure you check your spam/friend/foe filters on your email so orders@geekthreat.com doesn't end up in the land of spam.
For more information on shipping please refer to our terms or email us at info@geekthreat.com
What does Pre-Sale mean?
Pre-Sale means the item is up for a set time only. When we take it offline, we make exactly what we need to fill the orders that were made, and ship them out by a certain date :)
What is your return policy?
Right now we can only accept returns for defects or damaged products...but...if you send us a nice note explaining the situation, we might give you a super sweet discount, promo items, or an extra something to make it up to you.
What if you guys sent me a faulty item?
Geek fail! We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want to provide the best gear possible – so you can geek out all day long. If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please email orders@geekthreat.com and we'll do everything we can to keep the Geek Threat team going.
Is there a real, live, three-dimensional Geek Threat store I can check out?
Nope. Sorry, we exist only on the Interwebs at this time. But when WE RISE UP you'll be the first to know. Just make sure to join the newsletter for the latest info!
Where's the gear designed and made?
All Geek Threat products are designed in the United States. Sometimes we source materials from overseas, but most everything is done on the west coast around Los Angeles.
Sizing... what size do I get? What should I do? I'm a size X in whatever brand... but I dunno... EEEEEEKKK, help!
Well, check out our pretty easy SIZING CHART to get a good indication. Fellow Geek Threat personnel on Facebook are also pretty swift and reply if they think they're a similar size to you. If you have any specific questions, email us at info@geekthreat.com
Sold out? SOLD OUT? Arrrgghhh!!!
Sorry, sometimes it happens. The Geek Threat army is sneaky. And quick. And buys most everything online. We're sorry it makes you a sad panda. If it says 'Sold Out – Not Available', it means we won't have it back in the immediate future. Let us know what designs you want to bring back and we can probably open up another small run.
I'm getting an error when trying to place an order... what do I do?!?
First and foremost... remember to breathe. If you don't, you'll faint and then it'll take even longer to get your Geek Threat order, and that's no good. Secondly, check you've filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info. Still no worky? It might be the computer system. Be patient and remember, computers are people too. Email us at orders@geekthreat.com and we'll see if we can track down the problem.
